Schiffahrt Ratzeburger See does not use public transport in the sense of the law on the free transport of severely disabled people. For this reason, no discounts can be granted.
However, it is important to us to make the stay with us on board as pleasant as possible, even for people with limited mobility.
Our passenger ship can be reached easily and steplessly even with wheelchairs. There is a wheelchair-accessible toilet on board.
We are also happy to provide groups of wheelchair users with a pleasant stay on board by prior arrangement by preparing and rearranging our café / restaurant accordingly so that wheelchair users can easily roll to the tables.

General information

The passenger ship "Heinrich der Löwe" can be heated and is disabled-friendly. The disabled toilet is also accessible with wheelchairs. You can roll on and off board at almost all landing stages. Children under the age of 4 travel free when they are accompanied by their legal guardian. This does not apply to groups of children. School classes up to the age of 16 are transported at the children's fare, the seats for the school classes can be assigned by the crew. One supervisor is transported freely per school class (at least 20 children). Dogs that swim in the lake before the start of the journey are excluded from transport! No guarantee is given for punctual adherence to the schedule, a possible cancellation of the journey, schedule changes or failure to dock at a landing stage.

With the purchase of the ticket, the conditions of carriage are accepted. Schiffahrt Ratzeburger See does not use public transport within the meaning of the law on the free transport of severely disabled people. Discounts cannot be granted. The statutory value added tax is included in all prices (except charter).
